Begunnelse og motivasjon for endringsforslaget	Vurder følgende: Oldemødrene våre er ikke vant til moderne teknologi på linje med de fleste andre. For at de skal kunne fungere som en integrert del av samfunnet og beholde sin grunnleggende rettigheter som mennesker må banker, private selskaper og offentlige institusjoner pålegges å tilby løsninger som selv oldemor kan forstå og kan bruke av egen fri vilje uten å måtte utlevere privatlivet sitt til assistenter og hjemmehjelp.

Begunnelse og motivasjon for endringsforslaget	The GA should make long term decisions, so we should not vote on "when will the next online GA be" but on "how many of them shall we do in a given time period".

Endringsforslag	to amend the proposed calculation for the base membership fees as follows: "for parties with the membership count below 500 the basis fee is calculated as following: Membership number times HDI“
Begunnelse og motivasjon for endringsforslaget	This would take into account the small budget of newly found parties and those in formation. For the Pirate Party of Estonia this would mean a membership fee of 45,68 EUR, as we have 54 Members as of now.

Kontaktinformasjon	Until the next GA, the current GA mandates the newly elected treasurer to report periodically on a 3-month basis (by the calendar quartals) to all members about the current state of the improvement of current and past accounting.

Kontaktinformasjon	If MOP-6 gets accepted: Until the next GA, the current GA mandates the newly elected lay auditors to review the data provided on a 3-month basis and discusses it with the treasurer. These lay auditors are then obliged to send an opinion report to all PPI members within three weeks.
