Fleksibiliteten i forhold til betaling av koningent og donasjoner og gaver vil også gi sekretariatet mulighet til å bruke de beste betalingsmetodene på en mer fleksibel og effektiv måte. |

| Endringsforslag | Piratpartiets partiorganer kan ikke instruere folkevalgte som er innvalgt for Piratpartiet utover det program de er valgt på. Dersom det er punkter i et partiprogram en folkevalgt av samvittighetsgrunner ikke kan følge, så er den folkevalgte forpliktet til å informere vedtaksorganet om dette uten opphold. Alle folkevalgte representanter for Piratpartiet har en selvstendig plikt til å argumentere for kjernesakene og organisere Stortings-, Fylkestings- og Kommunestyrearbeid på en slik måte at flest mulig av befolkningen får delta i demokratiske beslutninger. Alle beslutninger skal likevel følge Kjerneprogrammets avsnitt fra "Teknologi, innovasjon og vitenskap": Piratpartiet vil gi universitetene våre en sterkere og mer selvstendig stilling i samfunnet for å hindre at politikere overstyrer og forstyrrer vitenskapelige metoder. Universitetsansatte skal ikke lenger hindres fra å delta i den offentlige debatt. |

This would take into account the small budget of newly found parties and those in formation. For the Pirate Party of Estonia this would mean a membership fee of 45,68 EUR, as we have 54 Members as of now. |
